  • Internet and Ads: AlltechStar Staffing Solutions will run ads specifically for your company. AltechStar has partnerships with, and to assist in recruiting some of the more skilled positions.
  • Skills Evaluation: Candidates are offered skill tests specific to the job requirements. This ensures that the candidate has the ability to accomplish the tasks required of them.
  • College Students: AltechStar will use current relationships with Universities to recruit qualified part-time assistance when needed.
  • Orientations: During peak times we hold weekly orientations of prospective candidates. This allows us to maintain an “on-call” list of available candidates who are ready and willing to work.
  • Dedicated Representative: We will have a dedicated representative responsible for managing your account. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Recruitment and Placement of Qualified Candidates, Candidate Retention, Managing Payroll, Attendance Monitoring, Employee Relations, Terminations, and Reporting.
  • Drug Screens: All prospective temporary employees will be drug screened prior to being placed. To meet the standards of a drug free workplace, we generally give random drug tests to its entire temporary staffing population.
  • Background Checks: Local County Searches of all applicants is provided at no cost. National Searches, BMV and Credit Checks are available at a nominal cost.

  • Vacation and Holiday Pay: We offer 4 paid vacation days and 6 paid holidays to employees after working 1080 hours (Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day.) staffing requirements.
