Job Summary

Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The CNA will assist patients with daily living activities and provide basic nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Help patients with mobility and transfers
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
• Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding when required
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of employment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current BLS/CPR certification (preferred)
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience

• Minimum [0–1] year of CNA experience preferred
• Experience in hospital, assisted living, or skilled nursing facility is a plus
